Abstract

Quality management of Sci-Tech Periodicals is the key problem of periodical management. This paper analyzed the current situation, the connotation and extension, and it established the total quality management (TQM) model of periodicals, which can make a all-rounded real-time feedback and precise management in the periodical production process.
