Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System of Fully Hydraulic Drilling in Coal Mine
Abstract
In order to know the operation situation of coal mine drilling rig, a condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is designed by using CAN bus technology for real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis. Firstly, this paper selected the monitoring parameters of fully hydraulic drilling rig. Then it provides the hardware construction and the software design process of the whole monitoring system, and describes the working principle of acquisition data based on the CAN bus. Finally, an experiment of the performance test is carried out in ZDY4000LR fully hydraulic drilling in coal mine. The field test indicates that condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system measures accurately and discovers the fault of pump timely. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is working stably and suitable to the fully hydraulic drilling monitoring under coal mine.
