Abstract
Recently, with the implementation of the strategy “the Maritime Silk Road of the 21st Century†in China, cross-border e-commerce has developed significantly. As the largest trade scale province, the science and technology’s exchange and cooperation of cross-border e-commerce between Guangdong and Countries along the Maritime Silk Route are becoming increasingly close, which makes this area an important focus of study. This paper analyses status quo, bottlenecks of cooperation, and scientific and technological exchange between Guangdong and New Silk Route countries from the perspective of cross-border e-commerce, with the hope of providing a valuable reference for decision makers and scholars in the cross-border e-commerce industry.
