Diagnosis of Vibration Variation of Bearing Based on Fuzzy Set Theory (Part II: Experiment)

Abstract


Based on the fuzzy set theory, a method for diagnosing the variation of bearing vibration performance is proposed. Firstly, the indicators value of the signal data sample is calculated. Secondly, the fuzzy equivalence relation matrix is obtained by combining the fuzzy set theory knowledge. Thirdly, the variation of vibration performance is diagnosed according to the fuzzy equivalence relation coefficient. Finally, the feasibility and correctness of this method are verified by bearing vibration acceleration experimental data under four different damage diameters.
