The Study of Vibration Frequency for System of Bearing on the Top of First Story Column Based on Geometric Nonlinear

Abstract


Based on the assumption of homogeneous column, the equation of motion of geometric nonlinearity dynamic response is deduced by considering the geometric nonlinearity of the isolation system. The dynamic model is expanded combined with the finite element method, and the geometric nonlinearity governing equation and boundary conditions of the isolation system are got. Applying differential quadrature element method (DQEM), the matlab program is formulated to solve and analyze the vibration performance of the isolation system. The vibration frequency of the isolation system are studied considering the stiffness of the bearing and the vertical load of the cantilever column.
