Research on Safety Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation of Construction Site Based on SEM

Abstract


Based on the integration of the SEM and FCEM, this paper put forward a model to evaluate the safety performance at the construction site. Firstly, we designed safety evaluation index system consists of four factors: People, Materials, Environment and Management. Then, we obtained data through questionnaires and determine the safety evaluation index weights by using path analysis of structural equation model, which was able to reduce the subjectivity of evaluation. Finally, we used FCEM to evaluate the safety of construction site to handle the overall security situation and found the existing reasons for hidden dangers, and proposed specific suggestions for rectification. The results showed that it was feasible and effective to evaluate the safety of building site by SEM-FCEM.
