Study on Torque Release Process of Screw Pump
Abstract
In order to solve the reverse risk caused by unloading torque of screw pump in oilfield production, the mathematical process of reversal is described in detail. By using the description of numerical dynamics and rotation equation, the boundary condition of the equation is set up. By solving the equation, the time of the rod inversion to stop is obtained. Through the study, finding that the general screw pump reverse time to stop at about 11s, the first time to give a better explanation in the numerical aspect, in the field of application, has very good adaptability, solves some technical problems for the oil field management.
