Study on Construction Technical Parameters of Bridge Deck Concrete Pavement Base on Aggregate Sprinkling Technology

Abstract


In order to determine the construction technical parameters of the bridge deck concrete pavement, as the control index of the time of aggregate sprinkling, the penetration test of 4 slump concrete was carried out. The influence of construction technical parameters, such as slump, implantation time, aggregate gradation, aggregate spreading area ratio, on compression load was discussed through orthogonal test. The test results show that the time limit for aggregate sprinkling of different concrete slump is 75 ·h; that 100mm~120mm for bridge deck pavement concrete slump, using 9.5mm to 13.2mm single particle or aggregate mixture, implanted depth ratio of 0.2 or 0.4 are feasible, the effect of aggregate spreading area ratio on the compression load is not obvious.
