Abstract


The article regulates the content of logistics strategic planning of SMEs (the abbreviation of small and medium-sized enterprises) based on the analysis of current logistics strategic environment of SMEs, then puts forward the system of evaluation indicators for logistics strategic planning of SMEs, finally puts up simulate evaluation using the method of fuzzy evaluation.
