Analysis on the Characteristics of China's Power Consumption Growth in the Past 40 Years After Reform and Opening Up

Abstract


Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has achieved world-renowned achievements, and its economic aggregate has leapt to the second place in the world. Power consumption has grown rapidly, and the total power consumption has jumped to the top in the world, which has beneficially supported the rapid development of the economy and society. Reviewing the growth trajectory of power consumption in the past 40 years after reform and opening up is of great significance for grasping the characteristics of China's power consumption growth and scientifically judging the future growth trend of power demand.
