Power System Optimization of Hybrid Hydraulic Excavator

Abstract


The power of hybrid excavator system optimization of the key factors is the match engine, generator and hydraulic pump, motor automatically adjust supply function, system can realize the idle speed under low power consumption, high loads of power load. Motor also makes the engine operation power of the hybrid system is reduced, timely system control, can make the engine optimal fuel consumption area for a long time. Increase energy-saving hydraulic system feedback adjustment as well as the positive and negative flow control of hydraulic system and load sensitive control, makes the hydraulic system control responsiveness, energy saving effect increased by 31.76%.
