Research on Sensitive Parameters of Cylinder Permanent Magnet Eddy Current Coupling

Abstract

In this paper, the working principle of permanent magnet eddy current coupling (PMEC) is briefly introduced. Then the structural parameters of finite element analysis are determined and analyzed. Ansoft is used to analyze the influence of operating parameters and structural parameters on the coupling ability of the PMEC. The main factors affecting the transmission performance of the permanent magnet eddy current coupler are obtained, which provides an important reference for the development of PMEC.
