The Monitoring-Control System Design of Waste Heat Recovery Based on PROFIBUS
Abstract
The composition, working principle of heat pump system and the structure of system that used air compressor for the cooling water’s waste heat recovery which is used for bathing are introduced. An hardware and software control of computer monitoring system based on PROFIBUS is designed on the basis of analyzing the system requirements. The hardware system uses the bus structure, which connected the monitoring computer, programmable controller, automatic water supply control instrument, frequency converter and high energy management system to a network, has realized the distributional control. On the basis of this, the hardware architecture, network topology and software modular design are introduced. The practical application proves that the designed distributed monitoring system is reasonable, stable and reliable, easy to expand and maintain. It can completely meet the monitoring requirements of waste heat recovery and utilization system.
