Mechanism Modeling and Parameter Identification of Mass Flow in a Pneumatic Amplifier

Abstract


Pneumatic amplifier is common pneumatic accessories in pneumatic control valve gas path system, but also is a necessary component in valve positioner, used to achieve air pressure and power amplification. In this paper, a new type of high efficiency pneumatic amplifier is studied, based on the principle of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, the mass flow mechanism model of pneumatic amplifier is established, and the parameter identification is carried out, the accuracy of the model is verified by experiments.
