Blow-up Results of a Class of Degenerate Kirchhoff Equations with Strong Damping and Source Terms
Abstract
The initial boundary value problem is considered for a class of degenerate Kirchhoff equations with strong damping and source terms. We establish a blow-up result for certain solutions to positive initial energy or negative initial energy respectively. This improves earlier results in the literature.
