It is important to continuously expand the degree of opening up and work out a system suitable for the development of Heilongjiang free trade zone. Through comparative analysis, the system of domestic free trade zone construction and the system construction of Heilongjiang free trade zone are studied. Analyze the status quo and problems of the development of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone and draw on the existing experience of the existing Free Trade Zone. Based on Heilongjiang Province's strong industrial complementarity, superior geographical location, more trade opportunities with Russia, more economic and trade exchanges, etc .Characteristics, strengthen the innovation of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone system, and provide more convenience for the development of the Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone.
