Building Data Path for the Custom Instruction

Abstract

Compared with a sequence execution programs of commonly used processor, the configurable processor uses custom instructions and builds user data paths for a speedup of tens to hundreds of times aimed at special and critical programs in the algorithm. The real-time processing and display IR SoC (infrared System on Chip) based on custom instruction is realized by designing user logic function unit and data path of pseudo-color thermal image processing.
