Research on Production and Distribution Scheduling and Optimization for Electric Energy Metering Device Based on APS
Abstract
In this paper, we study an integrated framework of production and distribution planning issues. Motivated by application in the power industry, we first develop a mixed-integer programming formulation based on Advanced Planning Scheduling from which we develop a large-scale, integrated multiproduct producing lot-sizing and distribution model with explicit (1) inventory costs and mileage costs; (2) all new products detection are finished. Second, with the help of CPLEX, we adopt branch-and-cut to solve the model. By verifying the validity of the model with the actual data, the production and distribution scheduling plan can improve inventory turnover, reduce inventory, and be better integrated with inventory and distribution to improve overall production operation efficiency.
