Technical Approaches to Defense Functions of Civil Carriers

Abstract

To deeply implement the strategy of civil-military integrated development and give full play to civil carriers, four issues were analyzed such as contents of defense functions, prerequisites for mobilization and employment, technical approaches to defense functions, and principles for the design of conversion kits. This article can provide theoretical reference for peacetime technical preparation of civil carriers.
