Abstract

In this paper, the subject of the study were palladium catalysts modified with humate potassium (HP) extracted from the coal at the Oy-Karagay coal deposit in Almaty province in Kazakhstan. Catalyst activity was studied in p-nitrodiethylaniline (PNDA) reduction reactions in an ethanol medium at 333K, potassium o-nitrophenol (PONP) in a 0.1n KOH medium at 313K, and a hydrogenation reaction of potassium maleate in water at 313K.
