Research of the Whole Performance Auto-testing System for Hydraulic Rescue Tools
Abstract
According to the drawbacks existing in domestic testing devices of hydraulic rescue tools, this work develops a whole performance auto-testing system for hydraulic rescue tools by utilizing the most advanced hydraulic and controlling technology, which firstly accomplishes the performance experiments of eccentric resistance and slip resistance. The highest working pressure of the system reaches 150MPa EHV, while both the system flow and pressure are adjustable. This study dramatically boosts the technical level of internal industry of hydraulic rescue tools, and makes the domestic detecting technique of hydraulic rescue tools achieve international advanced level.
