The Evaluate Index System Construction of Population Development Strategic Target of Gansu Province During the “13th Five-year Planningâ€

Abstract

This paper first introduces the method of TOPSIS, and then adopts the method of Delphi to carry out expert consultation for the evaluation index system construction of population development strategic target of Gsnsu province during the “13th five-year Planningâ€. Based on it, five primary evaluation index systems and 10 secondary evaluations in dex system, of population development strategic target of Gsnsu province are constructed. And then it carries out the selection and determines the weighing values of the evaluation index system of population development strategic target of Gansu province. And finally through the weight calculation, it concludes the results of the evaluation index system construction of population development strategic target of Gansu province during the “13th five-year Planningâ€, the evaluation index will display the increasing trend in 2016, 2018 and 2020.
