Abstract

TRM training can reduce incidents related to team coordination and improve work efficiency, but training effects need to establish an objective and scientific evaluation index system. Training performance is an important part of the training process, and is important way to measure the training effects. The Kirkpatrick model is the most representative in the whole world. This paper tries to use Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the performance of TRM training in ATM. The performance evaluation of TRM training is proposed, which is based on the four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and results. The basic ideas and methods of the model are worth to be used for reference in the theoretical research and practical work in TRM training performance evaluation.
