2017 2nd International Conference on Environmental Science and Energy Engineering (ICESEE 2017) will be held from January 15 to 16, 2017, in Beijing, China. Aiming to the advance of Environmental Science and Energy Engineering, ICESEE 2017 is a grand international conference to call together researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to exchange ideas about the latest research trend and present their outstanding research results. All accepted papers were carefully selected by experts in related fields with rigorous review criteria. The first ICESEE was held in Phuket, Thailand on July 26–27, 2015 with a perfect ending. The proceeding of ICESEE 2015 has been successfully published by DEStech Publications and indexed by CPCI-S (ISTP indexing). Environment and energy are two essential components for human’s sustainable development. Living on the earth, the blue sky and white clouds, green mountains and rivers are supposed to be the basic living secure for human beings. However, with the deterioration of the living environment, how to solve environmental and energy issues is becoming an urgent need. It will be a great pity if we can’t protect our precious living environment and find solutions to deal with these environmental issues. We share a common fate on the earth, it is our duty, which is also the meaning the 2nd ICESEE 2017 lies in.

As a standard, DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to be indexed in EI (Citation and Compendex). DEStech will submit the technical science conference proceedings to EI, Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters Web of Science) and CNKI Scholar for worldwide online citation within one month after the Proceedings is completed. Please note that DEStech does not submit Proceedings of Social Science to EI since they will not be accepted for EI Compendex. However, DEStech will submit proceedings of Social Science to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Social Science & Humanities (CPCI-SSH). We also caution our editors that Proceedings containing plagiarized material and Proceedings advertised that they will definitely be accepted by EI will be rejected by EI.
