Teachers’ Reflective Ability Construction in Education Reform

Abstract


The deepening reform of educational system has also put forward new requirements for teachers’ educational ideas and teaching methods in China. Reflective teacher education, as an emerging educational theory, plays a significant part in improving teachers’ quality and education level. By contrasting reflective teachers with experiential teachers, this paper analyzes the great significance of teachers’ reflective ability construction and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the restriction of overall educational environment and system on teachers’ reflection to promote teachers’ ability construction, so as to further enhance the vitality of education reform.
