The Development and Solution of Xi’an Job Hunting Apartment

Abstract

At present, some job hunting apartments have settled in Xi’an, but they have a lot of problem such as the lack of experience, non-standard operation, and relevant policy vacancy, which limited its development. This paper will analyze the investment environment, market situation and future development to find a better way to promote the job hunting apartment’s development. At the same time, according to the situation of Xi’an Job Hunting apartment, I invent a new management model, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems.
