Study on the Analysis Method of Bearing Vibration Influencing Factors (Part II: Experiment)

Abstract


Bearing vibration is affected by many factors, and the identification of its influencing factors is a big challenge in the industry. Based on a new method, this paper takes a certain type of tapered roller bearing as the experimental object. The experimental results show that the main factors influencing the bearing vibration under the measurement condition are roller waviness, roller convexity, inner raceway roundness, inner raceway waviness and inner raceway roughness.
