Research and Practice of Risk Assessment Method for Energy Saving Project

Abstract

The implementation of energy saving projects in energy saving, energy management contract, to create energy-saving benefits for customers; but the implementation of the project, under the influence of industrial policy, financial policy, technology, environmental integrity, evaluation mechanism construction, supplier guarantee, customer credit risk factors, this paper is based on the theory of risk management, risk identification, from the evaluation, control and monitoring were established in three different models, the main risk identification of the risk model using the expert scoring method, choose the weight calculation of the level of risk analysis and assessment of project risk degree by using fuzzy evaluation method to determine the feasibility of the project, and put forward the suggestion of prevention and control, the implementation of energy-saving energy-saving projects, risk identification and control are the reference and application value.
