Application of Oblique Photogrammetry in Real Estate Surveying and Mapping

Abstract


Traditional real estate surveying and mapping is inefficient and costly. UAV oblique photography technology is a technology developed in recent years. Photogrammetry technology can collect data and construct 3D modeling rapidly and access multi-source data etc. First this paper uses oblique photogrammetry to construct a 3d model of a university campus. Second, it conducts housing side data acquisition with qing hua 3D software. Then, it compared collected data with the measured length of the housing. From the results, it can basically meet the accuracy requirement of 1:500 real estate charts.
