Through the analysis of the internal composition of the workstation system, external influencing factors and running mechanism of workstations, we explore the environment conditions and the specific process of the establishing of the stations and analyze in detail running mechanisms of graduate workstations. Finally, we depict motivation and forms of the evolving of stations and point out that the ultimate goal of building graduate workstations is to achieve mutual benefit and win-win of multi-agents.
