Design and Simulation Analysis of Permanent Magnet Generator for Vehicle Based on Ansoft

Abstract


According to the requirements of vehicle to power supply system, the structure parameters of permanent magnet generator for vehicle are designed according to the design theory of permanent magnet motor. In order to verify the rationality of the design, the magnetic field model of permanent magnet generator is established in Ansoft software, and the performance parameters such as magnetic flux density and coercivity are obtained by simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the structure parameters of the permanent magnet generator are reasonable and the performance parameters meet the design requirements. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design and further research of the permanent magnet generator for vehicle, and have practical guidance significance for product design.
