The Representation of the Law of Science and Technology Development
Abstract
It does not follow that the law of development of science and technology should be represented as “if the degree of relative difficulty is certain, the level of the result of science and technology will be directly proportional to the degree of absolute difficulty while the span of the result will be inversely proportional to it; if the degree of absolute difficulty is certain, the level of the result of science and technology will be inversely proportional to the degree of relative difficulty while the span of the result will be directly proportional to the degree of relative difficulty.†Hence, an appropriate representation of the law should be “In the course of development of science and technology, the greater the degree of absolute difficulty(n), the less the degree of relative difficulty(m), the higher the level(p)of the result(Q), the shorter the span of the result(s).â€
