A Handbook for Grassroots Technology Innovation Backbones of Power Enterprises

Abstract

To respond to the call of the CPC Central Committee for “mass entrepreneurship and innovationâ€, implement the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) for advancing “global energy Internetâ€, and foster a large number of grassroots technology innovation backbones for power enterprises, this Handbook, based on the firsthand experience of technology innovation practitioners, managers and leaders, comprehensively introduces the key points in the cultivation of technology innovation leaders (TILs) and the crucial links of technology innovation from four aspects: the target of technology innovation, the innovative quality of TILs, the good personality of TILs, and how to cultivate TILs. The Handbook can be used as training materials or a practical manual for grassroots technology innovation backbones of power enterprises. It can also be adopted by universities as teaching materials for cultivating the innovative spirit of third-year or fourth-year undergraduates or postgraduates majoring in electric power.
