Case Analysis of Technology Innovation of the Technology Development Category

Abstract

To respond to the call of the CPC Central Committee for “mass entrepreneurship and innovationâ€, implement the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) for advancing “global energy Internetâ€, and foster a large number of grassroots technology innovation backbones for power enterprises, this paper, based on the firsthand experience of technology innovation practitioners, managers and leaders, analyzes some typical cases of technology innovation of different scales and different degrees of difficulty, especially technology innovation cases that belong to the category of technology development. The paper mainly analyzes two types of innovation: self-development of computer software for small-scale technology innovation projects that only involves pure computation; and technology innovation carried by large-scale construction projects. It can be used as part of the handbook for grassroots technology innovation backbones of power enterprises.
