Case Analysis of Technology Innovation of the Operation Maintenance Category

Abstract


To respond to the call of the CPC Central Committee for “mass entrepreneurship and innovationâ€, implement the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) for advancing “global energy Internetâ€, and foster a large number of grassroots technology innovation backbones for power enterprises, this paper, based on the firsthand experience of technology innovation practitioners, managers and leaders, analyzes some typical cases of technology innovation of different scales and different degrees of difficulty, especially technology innovation cases that belong to the category of operation maintenance. The paper discusses cases of power quality survey, online monitoring and management planning, operation management of reactive power and voltage in regional power grids, and rapid fault handling. It can be used as part of the practical handbook for grassroots technology innovation backbones of power enterprises.
