The Enlightenment of Nolan Model to the Information Management of Educational Administration in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


In view of the current problems in the educational management of colleges and universities, such as the construction phase and development path is not clear, resulting in the development of hardware and software is not coordinated; lack of effective integration between the business segmentation, resulting in the lack of effective sharing of information; lack of deep value-added services, this paper focuses on the Nolan model and technology acceptance model, from the perspective of organizational level and individual user level of the information life cycle of different stages of information technology organization learning, and analyzes the technology diffusion and technical acceptance of the mechanism, to promote and regulate the management of information and the regularity of the revelation.
