Explore and Analyze to Build People Oriented University Management Pattern

Abstract

University teaching management is a complex systematic program which includes multi-subject. It’s a management system composed of Teacher management and Student management which primal object is “manâ€. Hence, to achieve efficient operation, we have to begin with a new point of view, follow the principle people oriented, and keep improving the level of university teaching management. This article is based on realistic command of university teaching management, apply the people oriented management principle to university teaching management, and to explore and analyze connotation of this principle and how to use it to build people oriented university management pattern.
