A Study on the Management and Service Mechanism of Retired Students Back to College

Abstract

In recent years, the number of the retired students back to colleges and universities is increasing. We analyze the characteristics of these students and the current problems in the process of education management. We also research the management and service mechanism of retired students back to school from the colleges and universities, secondary schools, policy support and other aspects. Then, we put forward working styles about the educational management of these students.
