Preliminary Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Compliance Management in China’s Banking Industry

Abstract

Financial industry is a special industry dealing with financial instruments, including banking, insurance, trust, securities and leasing. Banking industry, as a main part of financial industry, plays a vital role in social and economic development. This paper focuses on the status quo of compliance management of China’s banking industry and main problems in it, and offers countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.
