Study on the Present Situation of Fitness and Aerobics Instructors in Xinjiang Fitness Clubs

Abstract

Today in the construction of fitness clubs, the building of the software, the instructor team, becomes a central task in the agenda of the club managers once the installation of hardware equipment is completed. Through investigation and analysis on aspects including the instructors’ needs, their personal records, the teaching and guidance, and their salary, the paper aims to provide reference on future instructor training and management for relevant management departments for decision-making, meanwhile, provide reference for managers of fitness clubs while they build instructor team and recruit instructors, so as to promote the sound development of the bodybuilding market in Xinjiang.
