Practice and Exploration of Full Time Engineering Master Training Based on School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract

Master of engineering is the application of the master, mainly for state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises to develop high-level application of technical personnel. Combining with the practical experience of cultivating the master of Engineering in Xijing University, this paper probes into the concrete practice of the process management practice from three aspects of theoretical teaching, practical teaching and dissertation, this paper puts forward the development thought of the enterprise's deep participation and the training of full-time graduate students.
