Research on Employee Engagement Degree in IT Industry

Abstract


Employee engagement which all current business enterprises concern is the core main factor that the business achieves success. Engagement degree is closely related to business performance, which contribute to increase organizational productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction, and reduce employee turnover and accidents. This paper conducts a preliminary study on employee engagement in the IT industry through literature review, interview and questionnaire survey, and provides some theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to improve employee engagement and improve business performance.
