Research on Demand Forecast of Human Resource Post Structure in Power Enterprise
Abstract
In recent years, demand forecast of human resources has become an important decision-making basis for enterprises to develop human resource planning. With the improvement of human resource management lean level of domestic enterprises, how to optimize the internal allocation of post structure and improve the allocation and efficiency of human resources according to the characteristics of the business, in the case of the total amount of employment, has become an urgent problem in human resources of large-scale enterprises. This paper takes a power enterprise as an example and tries to construct demand forecast model of human resources post structure in power enterprise, which provides a selection method for optimizing the internal allocation of post structure of human resources in large enterprise groups.
