System Model of Green Building Supply Chain
Abstract
The relative independence of the participants in the construction projects of our country is lack of cooperation spirit, which often leads to the low utilization rate of resources and the pollution of the environment. With the sustainable development, green building has become a trend, green supply chain management process of environmental management model for the development of green building provides a good way to implement. Green building intendeds to increase the input-output ratio and performance of energy, water, materials, etc. in buildings and their premises. It protects and repairs human health and the environment during the life cycle of the building, and mainly covers the following: Building location, water use ratio, energy, atmosphere, materials and resource utilization, indoor air quality, emissions, aesthetics, convenience of transportation, location and resource utilization, design innovation, green building awareness and education, project environmental management. The construction of green building supply chain management needs to closely link to "environmental factors", and analysis of the role of each node in the entire supply chain, indicating the critical stage (design, material procurement, construction) of the green building supply chain management.
