Research on the Construction of "Double Qualified Teachers" Team Based on“3+1†School Enterprise Cooperation
Abstract
According to the national policy and the requirements of the Ministry of education, according to the needs of teachers training of literatures at home and abroad, and the application of questionnaire research and grasp, through the mean frequency quantitative survey index analysis, combined with analysis of interviews completed Bi teacher training status, on the basis of this analysis, put forward the key factors to construct the mechanism, lay the foundation for the construction of the training system of teachers, the study is an important support for the training model of school enterprise cooperation.
