The Application of Experiential Teaching Mode in the Teaching of British and American Literature
Abstract
In this article, we briefly introduced based on the theory of cognitive linguistics and philosophy of experience to the principle of experiential teaching method is put forward, and its application in British and American literature reading teaching. This teaching method in British and American literature reading teaching needs, can cause student's emotion experience and help students to understand correctly the teaching content, to promote their foreign language learning and all-round development. In view of the students in the teaching of English and American literature reading the lack of experience, combined with the experience of philosophy about the main points of the cognitive theory and the characteristic of the experience type teaching mode, we put forward the experience of British and American literature reading teaching strategy.
