Abstract


From the aspects of performance capabilities, coordination and contribution degree of cooperative relationship, this paper selects 21 quantitative and qualitative indexes in order to set up a evaluation system for software outsourcing partner selection by combining TOPSIS and Grey Relational Analysis method, and make a empirical study on 4 alternative partner selection scheme of A computer technology company limited (A company) by evaluation system and method we mentioned above.
