Research on Methods of Improving the Education Funds Management of Colleges

Abstract

The educational funds of academy have the characteristics of strong specificity, complex expenditure structure and diversified management methods. Because of insufficient investment, unreasonable allocation, little budget control, backward management methods and imperfect management system, the benefit of educational funds of academy is low. And this has brought about adverse effects to further improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of existing educational resources. So it is urgent to strengthen the management of the educational funds of academy under the new situation.
