A Study on the Teaching Model of Production-Study-Competition in Local Colleges

Abstract


In view of emphasizing on the importance of "research" in "production, study and competition", and reducing the role of learning, therefore, only some teachers with project cooperation can carry out this mode of " production, study and competition", not conducive to universal students’ "learning", in particular, not conducive to the study of Undergraduates in Local Universities. Therefore, on the basis of it, an improved teaching model of "production, learning and competition" is put forward. It emphasizes the position of "learning", and "competition" as motivation and detection means, therefore, both sides of the school and enterprise can participate in their respective work well. Based on the teaching model, the corresponding teaching methods are given. Through teaching practice, it is discovered that under the guidance of this model, the enthusiasm of students has been significantly improved, and their scores have also improved significantly.
