Research on the Dialectical Relationship between “Against the Facts†and “Sticking to the Truthâ€

Abstract

Truth and facts are both needed to recognize and transform the world. Facts are needed to know the truth. Fact is objective, and truth is the result of cognition. Facts are not equal to truth. It is not only contrary to be against the facts and stick to the truth. Respecting the facts is the precondition of sticking to the truth, but respecting the facts is not necessarily sticking to the truth. It is probably to be against the facts but stick to the truth.
